If that is true....THATS CRAZY.....and i would hope it would be against some kind of Law... thats almost unbelievable...using investor money to finance drilling for someone else well with no intrest or chance of revenues or return on investment....no way that should ever,,ever happen
thats why i think no way that can be true....We must be missing something....

The money to drill the deep nine us already funded. Do think it would've been funded should Treaty not have any interest in the lease? Really?
