You had a ph conversation with a KATX GEO once only to find out he hadn't worked for KATX/Stead for a year, and the reported conversation with him, was also incorrect. So, If you have something TOLD to you by ADMIN, POST IT.

Both companies were started by Ken,
and now KATX owns some % of BVIG.
