Thanks for that insightful clarification but the impact is the same. Buy shares at $.0001 and if no one is willing to pay you anything for those shares, you just lost 100% of your investment.
Similar to playing Blackjack. The main difference is that you have a much better chance of winning at Blackjack (and its a lot more enjoyable) than buying shares of NEOM.
Investing in NEOM has odds of winning that are more like Powerball, IMO.
