It's an interesting psychological play as it approaches the bottom.

Imagine when you can buy shares of NEOM at $.0001. If it goes up one tick you can double your money; and if it goes down one tick you lose 100% of your investment.

I guess it's still investing but it feels a lot more like Blackjack to me.
