That is what i believe also, O/S is a minimum of 1.7 to 2 billion shares. These two are not majority owners, so they are going to increase the A/S to 5 billion or some other scheme which may include another R/S to gain majority before next shareholder meeting / voting. There is some money due to Landau's company, $1.4 mil + interest, due in Jan 2014 or be converted to shares at 0.02, if he is going to convert, there will be a R/S before then
