But the hope that I have in GFCI and CTTI hinges on the fact that I am very familiar with how well this sector is doing at the moment, and I am very aware that as part of this turn of events -- namely, the spin-off and reverse merger -- GFCI and CTTI are preparing to begin filing their financials with the SEC -- audited financials, that is.

I can't imagine that they are both preparing themselves to do this knowing that their financials are . . . how shall I put it . . . less than extremely spectacular (relatively speaking, of course.) I do expect the financials to be quite better than I have long imagined them to be.
