Is there some way to confirm if Morgan Stanley still holds their position in PGRX?The report was as of 3/31/2013,so looking for confirmation if they still have their position in tact,as of NOW.
Also,does anyone know if funds are allowed to buy/hold such low-priced stocks?Thanks
