No silly... they need the jihadis at this point. They're like ordinance. When we're gone they'll probably ask them to leave... nicely or not. Iraq is a largely secular nation. They won't want that kind of trouble for very long.
Of course that's if we haven't really f**ked it up past the point of no return.
