i also agree with you sentinal, if you want to spread the word to a couple of friends about gzfx that's fine.

but printing out flyers and business cards and handing them out in places it just excessive. i know these people have good intentions and that's great, we all want to see this company do well. But they can do well on their own, just let them act their plan.

I began the post just to say yes, it was violating the copyright laws. Then I threw in the part about the noriety publicity.

In my opinion, making our own flyeers, etc. is NOT a good idea unless endorsed by GnF or CC. As you say, they have their own plan - lets let them execute it. Maybe DFWyatt and MVJoy can do this as they are CC employees, but we aren't.

I certainly wasn't trying to bash. I already have my shares and want the price to go up. GLTA Ron.

I agree. I admire the enthusiasm but clear everything through both legal departments if you're using Trademark logos etc.

Why don't you post your stories to bring positive awareness to cc employees like everyone else did.

Sentinel/gold-leade-r: I agree. It's one thing to promote the business to fellow friends and family memebers, but stuffing items in people's mailboxes, putting flier on people's windshields, bugging folks in CC stores that aren't a part of the 17 store trial can actually be detrimental, IMO.

I fully agree...they have a plan, let them work it but there's no harm in telling others about it but get permission to do anything regarding handing out unauthorized fliers or business cards.

gold-leade-r: Have you actually emailed Chip or JF and asked them if it's OK w/ them to do what you are suggesting?
