The lawsuit would not be against GnF or CC, but against just the people passing out the flyers, etc.

frankie_fillet - I don't think it is as deep as lawsuits. But anyone who is honest who has a business would not want anyone handing out flyers as if they are representatives of the company. That should be common sense to all involved here.

Now something as simple as litter will fall back on the company if the flyers are thrown on the gound of a parking lot for example. Or worse if CC starts to see a collection of flyers in their stores which is not part of the agreement with GnF...

Word of mouth discussions and awareness raising in that fashion is probably not a problem but a physical piece of paper most definitely is w/o permission.

I may not think it is as deep as you but the flyer w/o permission is definitely over the top...
