A million or so in a day is not worrisome. When they sell 5 million or more, that's a problem. If they do sell at a higher volume, then the remainder of their holdings will be sold at much lower prices instead of .009-.01. Also, by dragging it out, there's a better chance of a rebound to sell even higher. It's not hard to comprehend.
