be careful,nearterm may go down(due to delisting threat).There's some upcoming catalyst May 15,company has to pay $5 million,many waiting on that date to see which direction this goes.

Lots of Insiders bought very recently @ 2 bucks(part of a Public Share offering).Company just uplisted to NYSE on Apr 11.It's a Bio stock,recently approved for an FDA trial.That's all I have for now.

PGRX..one little good news is that Morgan Stanley took a position in this in 1st quarter.Good news,provided they are still holding them.Anyone know if funds are permitted to hold such low-priced stocks?
