Because it doesn't look good to hold so much of a Chapter 11 on the books. They've been selling small chunks off and on ever since it was announced. Nothing has changed.
I called it last week they only sell @ .01 that is why the PPS stays so solid @.01 you will know when they are done the PPS will start to rise to the moon. Time to load up Finny don't miss the gravy train bucko.
