From what I read there, it sounds like CCGI missed the 10 day closing period ending March 22nd. Any chance that you can post page 6?

It seems that CCGI wanted to acquire the assets and not the liabilities... I can't see that ever getting approved!

JN*H's agreement will be voided because they signed it while 350Green was still under a "no shop" agreement with CCGI. That leaves CCGI as the only one with a valid signed agreement.

By the way...one of the companies involved just filed their 10-K...and it wasn't JN*H.

I think CCGI has this wrapped up, especially with the 10-K filing now making an appearance.
