FFGO - No doubt triple damages, plus exposure for the parties trading through NITE, PNSN, HDSN, UBSS, etc and depositing counterfeit electronic equity markers in retail brokerage accounts, with the willing and knowing assistance of the retail brokerage upper management.
No doubt the goal is to get shareholders to take write-offs and allow their brokers to remove positions from their accounts, so the collaborating and conspiring parties can divide the spoils of their criminal enterprises.
