I agree completely that this will be problematic in the FDA. But are you saying you actually believe that the Dendreon 9902a trial is, in fact, supportive even though you think it impossible that the FDA will recognize that? Congrats! You've become a Provenge long, if not a Dendreon long.

I admire trailblazing science but, when it comes to my investments, I do not necessarily desire to be associated with trailblazing use of statistics.

I would suggest that there is benefit in knowing more than the FDA. For instance, this could be useful knowledge in handcapping IMPACT (the new name for 9902b) - if you believe 9902a is supportive you will undoubtedly believe the odds are better.
