I am curious as to what is so difficult to understand about the true share structure isn't known with the TA being gagged.

The share count is not the same - they increased the A/S by 300% - that is a increase of 1,000,000,000.

Did you not read the annual report???

Total shares authorized:1,500,000,000 as of: 4/15/2013

So you have some very bad information about the share structure.

what is not clear for you ???? I told you they didn't sold a share for over 2 years , share count is same as of 04/15/2013 as it was 2 years ago
