I have a theory about FFGO nss situation;
ok so this will reqire some knowledge but why make it easy, so nss equals marginal social costs because as we all know now post tarp it creates a negative externality that has maximized marginal private costs . until this social cost is RECOGNIZED for what it is marginal social cost and the label to this to big to fail ripped off the NEGATIVE EXTERNALITY IT CREATES will continue to be a externality YET NOT INTERNALIZED. so may take a thinking cap
