Unless and until it does, it's just another Caveat Emptor! non-reporting Pink Sheet penny stock begging the SEC to suspend and revoke it.

Obviously the plan in place IS NOT AT ALL resonating with the market. The last year and a half has resulted in ZERO SALES and non filing of financials. Therefore for the last year and a half this has been a horrrible investment. Until and Unless FASC HQ smells the coffee "it is what it is".
