Not what I am researching. The Previous all time high was prior to Mr. McHenry . The 2.1 Billion Shares that are restricted with the "SEC" and cannot be traded and were received for services Rendered
and contained in the SEC FILINGS for an "On Going Concern" It is listed in the 10Q's and Annual.

It is all about "All Time High's" and "All Time Lows" , Volume and "Swing Points", Fibonacci Ratios and how they go into each test on "Volume" coupled with the "Heard Mentality" My interest and painstakingly accumulated Data Points. It is allot of data. So far equities including "Pinks" have similar characteristics and "Wave Theory" (Elliott Wave Theory) still works. DUTV is not any exception to the "RULES".
