It's hitting high 90s this week in Tucson; usually a little cooler in Tombstone but not much. I was once flying in a small plane over the Santa Rita Mtns. south of Tucson (area of Rosemont Copper) and hit enough turbulence to get air sick. Of course that was when I was young and I had had a few beers the night before. But generally there are smaller mountains around Sierra Vista/Benson/Bisbee/Tombstone. Three of the mountain ranges around Tucson actually have pine trees at higher altitudes and one range, the Santa Catalinas, even has a ski resort. Not Switzerland or anything, but just some trivia.
OH! And if it does take 3 weeks to get this done, I think the temps could be up in the 100s so ,yes, maybe early morning is better?
