It's a moot point anyway because BRNE owns only one IUP (concession) -- an 85% interest in the 665-hectare Meratus concession, which expires in 4 months. Meratus has only an exploration license and BRNE disclosed it has no plans to explore it.

I don't see it that way myself.

Borneo owns the concessions for gold. Owns the gold mines. So, that makes them the owner of the resources not in the middle. Now, on the other hand I believe that the company will do everything possible to not dilute the company. So, IMO, they will use joint ventures to get the coal out of the ground. They will also sell concessions.

So, I see them as an Owner-Broker.

So, they may have a middle-man role as Broker but they also have the Ownership angle covered too IMO.
