Not true at all concerning KAT.
Why would the gov, either Canadian or U.S. would allow any scam without checking ?
The SEC also, would not have approved the S-1 for any scam.
Also, Ken has so many JV experience, no need to break any law at all.
I trust, I stay.
I don't trust, I move on.
