You are 100% right, it's definitely not good business practice; that's why I'm so shocked and surprised by you using this article as a negative reflection of Mike.

If he was a cold blooded, money stealer, Mike would surely throw his friend under the bus to protect the image of his company and non-profit. Instead, he is loyal to his friend, and takes the public berating and likely hit to hits own image by standing by Oscar. This article solidified my trust in Mike and Seeker Tec.
