Somebody doesn't have his thinking cap on. That judgement in a $10,000,000 suit would have made a great Press Release. At least we can assume that Jerry isn't into pumping the stock and dumping shares. That would have been a perfect opportunity.

It is hard to get any money from ms.Kennedy.She may not have any money at all.But obviously Jerry believes it is worth it to sue her.He must have spent a lot of time and money. lawyers are not cheap.Maybe he thinks he can get at least a few million from her.This news is good for a pr but Jerry hasn't talked about it.I agree he is not a pump and dump ceo.
