Terry, please. SKTO said they filed and what they filed became available to the public within 'normal' time frames (3-5 days). What is the point of debating "filed" vs. "uploaded" or otherwise? SKTO is filing on a third party platform, not their own. Is it fair to hold them responsible for when the filings are "uploaded?" There is too much noise in the system to make a big deal out of this.

I think the criticism in re. of this matter is unwarranted, Terry.
