THRX: my guess is GSK wanted to take over partnered respiratory assets, but couldn't agree on valuation especially those not partnered. THRX has own LAMA TD4208 not partnered but potentially competing with GSK, which would be the only thing interesting in what's left of the company, probably not worth of holding.
