News of sales will solve all the problems with or without any split.

More cash on the balance sheet doesn't necessarily translate into sales. The product either sells or it doesn't.

Fix the through-put issues and the product will sell itself.

As usual I am perceived incorrectly...what I was saying is "what have we got to lose from here?? TThere is not alot of downside risk to a reverse at .01, and any knee jerk selling ( at virtually a total loss) would be short lived.
