Henning Morales - SEC finally charging him and taking action for fraud - is my guess. For each of these fraud companies to be listing along withthe individuals, I would guess that it looks like they consired, insider trading, manipulating, etc. and they took the fifth. To not incriminate oneself. Judge thinks they did so illegally and wants records looked at.
