i hear you, but that Flyersfan guy is totally biased. he's stuck in the past.
you should head over to the board, check out the conference call transcriptions. lots of positives. here's some:
-CEO said in call that they have a very positive relationship with Ironridge (one of the toxic financiers), and a mutual understanding of sorts. said the reason why the S-1 filing for ironridge's shares was redacted was because they decided it wasn't necessary and wasn't in the best interest for shareholders.
-Q1 revenues already surpassed revenues for all of 2012.
-legislation in italy and now india is a huge boon for the company, and they're already receiving orders (but we dont know how much..yet)
-they're also receiving orders from domestic customers as well.
-CEO was adamant that the R/S is indeed a LAST RESORT, and they intend on raising shareholder value through news releases and revenues, not through an R/S.
basically, the worst is behind them. the euro crisis crippled them, they did what they could to survive, and are now coming back leaner and meaner. Q1 report due may 15th. expecting to see revenue PRs between now and then, if not then.
