Do not put too much emphasis on the lifting of the chill. Most people out there can still buy/sell. The benefit being the bad stigma that goes with a chill will be gone...nothing more. And the way this stock trades with news, don't expect a sustained pop from the chill being lifted.
That said, Nick has come through with virtually everything promised, and I see no reason to think the chill won't come off.
Expect a bigger pop when uplisting occurrs, and the next round of revenues show sustained sales. A profitable company uplisting will get people's attention. When that time comes, they will want your shares.
