Not really. Remember the memory controller is included in TDP. Further recall that Turion has a DDR1 IMC, while Taylor will sport a DDR2 IMC on the new socket S1.
So: Look at Turion MT-series TDP: 25W
Then you expect 50W - 2 * DDR1_power + DDR2_power
I think they are pretty much at 35W @ 2.2GHz right now. And that includes a DDR2 IMC.
AND that includes 64-bit! Which the Yonah exec said would've caused a huge increase in Yonah power dissipation.
