Yes I have read his full post extracted from Note 1 and 2 on Page 40 of the technical documents - which I already referenced.
Of course that its Alan's conjecture as to the meaning of Tcase max.
Nonetheless I stated Tcase max was a fixed value thus your argument earlier, of Tcase max varying as power dissipation increases for a given cpu, becomes flawed as quite obviously the Tcase max mentioned in Table 9 and Note 2 are exactly the same thing whatever its interpretation
