It never was marketed, for whatever reasons. It isn't because there aren't drivers, the only notable missing ones are for tuners. It isn't because it isn't stable, XP Home and XP Pro 32 bit spends more time with a blue screen in my limited experience. And it isn't because it doesn't provide real benefits, not only does it appear to be more stable, it is noticably faster on many tasks.
