Wrong, it is 31W TDP. 25-49W is the designation for the "T" letter in the new processor model number naming convention. It is not the power range for a Yonah processor, and that should be obvious from the power tests at Anandtech.

The tin foil hat bunch seems to have forgotten the 'shiny side out' rule, and the CIA microwave lasers are being kept in their heads instead of bouncing harmlessly off. Translation: No, the 65nm process is not broken. Yonah has no severe problems, it will be out at 31W, and on time, to boot.
