SK3 Group, Inc announces that it has filed its financials and disclosure information with OTC Markets today. SK3 Group, Inc has posted its disclosures for the fiscal years December 2011 and 2012, and expects to file the disclosures for the fiscal period ending March 31, 2013 on Monday, April 22, 2013, including its subsidiary, Medical Greens. SK3 Group is also in the process of starting the audit process for the years 2011 and 2012.

Price vs DUMP is a complete myth. Some have been charged for P&D's that went from pennies to dollars. They sold the stock at highly inflated prices on bogus news.

SKTO filed with OTC that 298MM were free trading, but NO long thinks any insider has DUMPED despite 4 times that in VOLUME recently.

The absolute insistence by many that this is no P&D because no one is being paid and no one is dumping is ABSURD and makes me very suspicious.

Disclosures will clear this up.
