Yes and No.

The Bid Deadline was 12PM April 16, 2013 for "Qualified Bidders". The Debtor then has to notify each Qualified Bidder within three (3) days after the Bid Deadline AND then must promptly publish the names of the Qualified Bidders on the Kccllc website.

However, the Debtor agreed to extend the Bid Deadline for 2 days beyond the 16th until 12PM April 18th to 2 separate Qualified Bidders who made a written request on the 16th asking for an extension.

*This would mean that the names of those 2 Qualified Bidders won't be published on the Kccllc website until April, 21, 2013.

**We didn't see any names put forth today (the 19th)...and we know that the DIP Lender will Credit Bid and that we have 2 other Qualified Bidders yet to be identified...so it would appear that we have 3 Qualified Bidders total.
