Exactly my reasons, plus the fact management checks out clean and has proven track record, plus the fact there has been over $2million in debt all converted into shares at .19+ between the Class B conversions and the debt conversions.

My strong belief this is being held down for whatever reason, until whatever event comes to pass :-)
