herbert, hate to answer a question with a question but how can they make money selling shares that they were given to them at possibly a higher pps? They are investors. They are in for the long term and have provided $16.5 million dollars of cash reserves so that we can grow.

There is a law called Reg SHO that says that only MMs can naked short.

GCI is not a MM so they cannot naked short. That means they have to have the shares to sell.

They don't have any shares because the credit line has not been accessed yet. GZFX does not owe them any money.

Also, there are laws that would apply to insider trading in that anytime they buy or sell, they would have to file with the SEC.

Bottom line is you are worried about someone elses figment.
