The new CEO Clark Ortiz:

One year of technical schooling at DeVry "University."

Owner of several "ministries." He apparently "licenses and ordains" people as ministers and prophets (maybe they can tell him where this stock is going). His philanthropic rating with Guidestar is sorely lacking.

Emphasis seems to be in raising money and selling franchises for his internet TV ministry business.
