That's probably not too far off, at least for the 3800+ version. It suggests that Yonah dissipates somewhere in the 30W range, which is consistent with the TDP. It also suggests that Yonah idle dissipates around 15-20W, which suggests that power management is probably not fully enabled in these prototype parts.
