Thats specific to the DC Opterons and I wouldnt think there is anything wrong with the process because as I have mentioned most end users are reporting readings at the low end of the Tcase max scale. These are for a specific thermal profile and fixed voltage.
Its only been released within the last few weeks so not many people are aware of its existence but here is the link for Opterons.
