I really do not know. They have all that restricted stock and to me it makes sense that the higher CBQ goes in price the more the stock is worth. Now even with the senior debenture holders wanting what is theirs and they are top priority, if the price esculates and thus the worth then they could not get it all. But the internet is infamous for shooting themselves in the foot.

Maybe they do not want the price to go up so they can scream foul for all I know.

Anyway news is out.
