Yes and this has been stated before. What I know is 1) there was debt paid down with shares from 2009 thru 2011 and then stopped. 2) That Hochstedler claims in a deposition that he loaned BW money in return for 1B+ shares. What I don't know to reach the same conclusion you have is this 1) The deposition was just a snippet. What did the rest say? Was Hoch... lying? 2) What was BW's response to the deposition? Surely, this is important to know. 3) What you describe is embezzlement and a crime. Was it reported? With all the negativity about it, I would surely think so, especially by shareholders at the time or who lost money in the dilution through the RS.

These things trouble me and must be resolved before I will condemn BW for embezzlement. Does that mean he didn't do it? No it doesn't. He may well have, but it just seems premature to judge that without more information. JMO.
