you are correct that is usually the case- nobody wants to touch the stock and then it begins to climb higher when everybody starts to turn away

I agree! This puppy shall start moving, and soon, IMO. I better be right on this for I sold a few shares of a well paying divi large cap in order to add (thus far) some 300K BOPT shares today.

I think the fact that there is now a suit against BOPT by George Sharp this has also taken hurt the PPS.

A failed Promo, coupled with the suit by George Sharp has been devastating to the PPS. Also, who knows if the company has been diluting or not; I have to think so as they were the ones engaging SMA, right?
