I don't see where your link answered the question. You know, sometimes terror just can't be stopped. You've had numerous people respond to you that in an open event like a marathon, not every person can be checked. That's a fact! If it weren't at the finish line, it would be at the stating line or at mile 2 or at mile 12. It's amazing you can't see that.
