Did Tom FRIEDLI drop Carmen Tellez after they were both named in this lawsuit or had he already dropped her?

Since Tom FRIEDLI and Carmen TELLEZ were allegedly involved in a serious romantic relationship, did she end the relationship when she found out that RAYSTREAM might be an outright fraud?

Is Carmen Tellez now cooperating with the SEC and other law enforcement and/or regulatory agencies?
