it IS too bad that the south has the highest number of the obese..
is that all those potatoes and cornbread? and pies .. .pies .. I remember when I was in Oklahoma once ... the lady made home baked pies every darn day .. ! .... needless to say they didn't last over night .. they had their big meals at lunch ... and mostly scrambled eggs/sausage at night ... it was sure good .......but so glad I was only there passing through ... ;) ... .. that could be dangerous to your health.
