one council here banned garbage collection bins, and the
result was everyone took their garbage home with them ..

also .. i just saw a video in which an fbi spokesman said it wasn't being treated as a terrorist event .. what's with
the reluctance to be candid at least about that .. calling a spade a spade is the sensible thing to do, isn't it?
