No particular reason to note it. If Intel was going to release an on-die memory controller chip any time soon, it might be an issue. With it looking like 2008 or 2009 for it, it isn't.

Yeah, the lower power is good. If AMD ships DC Turion soon, then we have something real to compare against.

Duh, it's going up against a desktop chip, wait till Taylor gets its mitts on it ;-). After all these vaunted improvements
it's still worse than a P-D in so many benches and it hasn't improved on its strengths. I agree with CD, underwhelming !

Wbmw, Are you saying Intel's latest (2M L2) on next generation process almost keeps up in 32 bit, on less than AMD desktop wattage? It sounds so good the way you say it.
